As far as I can tell according to the tax map it does not look as though a wetland permit would be required, however, this can not be ascertained until an on site inspection is made. To date, we still have not been advised, We would appreciate your attention to this matter mn an effort to help expedite this request. My client feels that the subject property is located over 75 feet from the nearest body of water or wetlands. Therefore, he believes that your agency has no jurisdiction over the subject property.
