by Nassau Point Club Properties, Inc., situate in Town of
Southold, Long Island, N. Y.", surveyed June 28, 1922 by Otto
W. Van Tuyl, C.E. & Surveyor, Greenport, N. Y. and filed in the
office of the Clerk of Suffolk County, New York, on August 16, 19229
as Map Number 156, which said lot is more particularly bounded and
described as follows-
,BEGINNING at a concrete monument set in the easterly line of
'Nassau Point Road at the division line between Lots 75 and 76 on
said map; running thence northerly along the easterly line of
Nassau Point Road on the aro of a curve to the right, the chord
of which bears North 80 191 30" East, 106.14 feet to a concrete
:monument set on the division line between Lots 74 and 75 on said
map; running thence North 780 421 10" East along said last mentioned
division line, and passing through three concrete monuments,
'-'559.21 feet to the ordinary high water mark of Little Peconlc Bay;
thence South 70 571 10" East along said ordinary high water mark
100.17 feet to the division line between Lots 75 and 76 on said
map; thence South 780 1421 10" West along said last mentioned
division line, and passing through two concrete monuments, 589.02
feet to the point or place of beginning, the northerly and southerly
lines of the above described plot being parallel and distant 100
feet when measured at right angles.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest of the parties of the

water mark of Little Peconic Bay and In and to waters of Peconlc
Bay ad'olning said premises.
