BEGINNING at a granite monument set at the intersection of the
westerly line of Depot Lane and the northerly line of Main Road (N.Y.
State Highway, Route #25) and being the southeasterly corner of the
premises herein conveyed; running thence in a general westerly or
southwesterly direction along the northerly line of said Main Road Bout
30" 201 40" west a distance of 161.90 feet to a point on the easterly
line of lands now or formerly of John Wickham; running thence in a
general northerly or northwesterly direction along the easterly line
of lands now or formerly of John Wickham north 48 451 10" west, a
distance of 124.85 feet to a concrete monument and which last mentioned
monument is distant 128.03 feet southerly measured along said easterly
line of lands now or formerly of John Wickham, from another concrete
monument set at the southerly line of the lands of Cutchogue Common
School District #12; running thence in a general easterly or north-
easterly direction and along other lands of Danowski north 390 42t 10"
east a distance of 173.74 feet to a concrete monument set on the
westerly line of said Depot Lane and which last mentioned monument is
distant 115.47 feet southerly measured along the westerly line of said
Depot Lane, from another concrete monument set at the point of inter-
section of the southerly line of the lands of said Cutchogue Common
School District #12, and the westerly line of said Depot Lane;
running thence in a general southerly or southeasterly direction and
along the westerly line of said Depot Lane south 40' 171 '50" east a
distance of 100.00 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
