Dear Mr. Bruer:
The following action was taken by the Board of Trustees
at their regular meeting held on August 28, 1986 regarding
the above captioned matter.
WHEREAS, Rudolph?H. Bruer on behalf of Dempsey from Dean
has requested a determination of Trustee Jurisdiction on
property at Cutchogue, New York, and
WHEREAS, the Trustees have personally viewed and are
familiar with the property in question and the surrounding
area, and
WHEREAS, the Board has determined that that the Trustees
have NO JURISDICTION in regard to the matter in accordance
with the proposal submitted on the map surveyed by Roderick
Van Tuyl, P.C. on Nov. 21, 1983 and revised Feb. 1t, 1985
and be it further advised that this declaration should not
be considered a determination made for any other department
or agency which may also have an application pending
for the same or similar property.
