and valuable consideration paid by the second part, docs hereby grant and release unto the
party of the second pass, their heirs and assigns forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or areel of land with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being ix= at On�chogue in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, known and designated as lots 61 and 62 on a
certain map entitled, "Map of Section Two, Property of M. S. Hand,
situate at Cutchogue, Suffolk County, New York", made by Otto W. Van
Tuyl from surveys completed March 23, 1939 and filed in the Suffolk
county clerk's office on May 12, 1939 as map number 1280.
TOGETHER with a right of way 30 feet in width running between Still—
water Avenue and Eugene Creek and being located opposite Track Avenue
for access to and from Eugene Creek by foot only.
BEING the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by
deed made by Michael S. Hand dated May 15, 1959 and recoiled in the
office of the clerk of the county of Suffolk in liber 4628 of deeds,
page 208, on the 20th day of May, 1959•
