or formerly of Suter 312.17 feet; thence along the land now or
formerly of Miehalecko and Nartowiez the following three courses and

along land now or formerly of Edelman, South 610 241 40" East 460,26

to the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with a right of way over said Maple Avenue, in common
with others, for ingress and egress between said premises and
Bridge Road a public highway also called Grand Avenue.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party
of the first part by deed from Cecil D. Armbrust and August H.
Armbrust dated November 17,-`1943 and recorded in Suffolk County
Clerk's Office in Liber 2326 of deeds, Page 551, and by confirmation
