entitled, " Amended Map A of Nassau Point, owed by Nassau Point Club Properties,
Inc„ situate in the Town of Southold, Long Island, Now York" surveyed June 28th,
1922 by Otto W. Van Tuyl, C, E. & Surveyor, Greenport, N.Y., and filed in the
office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County, N. Y., August 16th, 1922, file No.
156.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the
first part of, in and to the land under water in Cutchogue Harbor abutting said
premises.
SUBJECT, however, to an easement over a strip of land extending
fifteen (15) feet in width along the above high water mark which shall form part
of a coon roadway for the benefit of all persons owning lands on said Nassau
Point, including the grantee herein.
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions contained in prior deeds of
record.
