Baylis, C.F., Htntington, L,I., which map was filed in the office of the Clerk
of Suffolk County, New York, no or about January 3, 1914 as Map No. 41. Said
Plot "K" being bounded northerly by Plot "La for a distance of 566.C4feet;
easterly by Niattituck Bay for a distance approximately 100 feet; southerly by
Plot "J" for a distance of 533.07feet; westerly by North Drive for a distance
of 90 feet. Also a right of way and passage over Bay View Avenue and North Drive
as shorn on said map.
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises acquired by the party of the first
Dart herein by deed from George C. Holmes and Faith 0. Holmes, his wife, dated
May 24th, 1941 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on July 21, 1941
in liber 2176 at page 51.
