Sound, where the easterly line of the lands of the parties hereto
and Betty L. Schenck meets the westerly line of lands this day
conveyed to Barrie Vreeland and Joella Vreeland, his wife;
From said point or place of beginning running in a southerly
direction along the westerly line of said lands of Vreeland South
220 20' 40" East 122.0 feet to an angle in said line;
Continuing thence first southerly, then westerly, andthen
southerly again and all along the westerly line of lands of Vreeland
the following four courses and distances:
,(1) South 460 44' 10" East 178.07 feet to a concrete
monument;
(2) South 220 20' 40" East 153.72 feet through a
concrete monument and to another concrete monument;
(3) South 560 23' 30" West 75.00 feet to a concrete
monument;
(4) South 220 20' 40" East 115.00 feet to a concrete
monument and the northerly line of a certain proposed road;
Running thence in an easterly direction along the northerly
line of said proposed road and along the southerly line of said lands
of Vreeland and of Frank Wills the following four courses and
distances:
(1) North 909 00' East 100.00 feet to a concrete
monument;
(2) North 610 39' 40" East 70.81 feet to an angle

Running thence inasoutherlydirection along the westerly line
of the lands this day conveyed to Frank Wills and Barrie Vreeland,

concrete monument and the northerly line of a certain 50 ft. right-
of-way owned by the parties hereto, Betty L. Schenck, Moisa,
Sl edzieski, and others;
Running thence in a westerly direction along the northerly line
of said 50 ft, right-of-way the following two courses and distances:
(1) South 710 39120" West 91.49 feet to aconcrete
monument;
(2) South 710 39' 20" West 510.00 feet to the westerly
line of the lands of the parties hereto and Betty L. Schenck
and the easterly line of lands formerly of Harry Cox;
Running thence in a northerly direction along the easterly line
ofsaid lands formerlAy Of Cox North 220 52' 40" West 1,050 feet, more
or less, to the high water mark of Long Island Sound;
Running thence in an easterly direction along the high water
mark of Long Island Sound, as the same winds and turns, 600 feet,
more or less, to the westerly line of lands this day conveyed to
Barrie Vreeland and Joella Vreeland, his wife, and the point or place
of beginning.
