of and adjoining said premises to the center thereof. Being more fully
described as follows: Beginning at a point at the southeast corner of
property of Lila Smith; thence in a northerly direction a distance of
178.4 feet to land of Hansen; thence in an easterly direction, a dis-
tance of 50 feet along the southerly boundary line of land of Hansen;
thence in a southerly direction along land of parties of the second
part a distance of 180.5 feet to Bartley Road; thence westerly along
the northerly side of Bartley Road, a distance of 50 feet to the point
