BEGINNING at a railroad rail monument set at the corner formed by the Intersection of the southwesterly side of Cox's Lane with the southeasterly side of land of the Long Island Railroad Company; THENCE running along the southwesterly side of Cox's Lane the following two courses and distances: (1) South 44 degrees 26 minutes 50 seconds East 304.16 feet; (2) South 44 degrees 21 minutes 30 seconds East 672.42 feet to a monument and land of William C. Bolentus; THENCE running along last mentioned land the following two courses and distances: (1) South 48 degrees 00 minutes 40 seconds Nest 597.62 feet to a monument; (2) North 44 degrees 47 minutes 00 seconds 'West 1105.98 feet to a monument and land of the Long Island Railroad Company; THENCE running along last mentioned land North 59 degrees 56 minutes 00 seconds East 624.16 feet to the point or place of beginning. PARCEL 2. BEGINNING at a railroad rail monument set at the corner formed by the intersection of the southwesterly side of Cox's Lane with the northwesterly side of land of the Long Island Railroad Company; THENCE running along last mentioned land South 59 degrees 50 minutes 50 seconds West 625-57 feet to a railroad rail monument and land of John Pietrewicz; THENCE running along last mentioned land the following two courses and distances- (1) North 44 degrees 28 minutes 20 seconds Piest 562.41 feet to a monument; (2) North 42 degrees 15 minutes 20 seconds East 616.16 feet to a monument on the southwesterly side of Cox's Lane; THENCE running along the southwesterly side of Cox's Lane South 43 degrees 47 minutes 00 seconds East 752.35 feet to the point or place of beginning. BEING AND INTENDING to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part and her husband, Joseph Doroski, by deed from Henry E. Grothwohl and Lillian M. Grothwohl, dated December 12, 1916, recorded January 11, 1917 in Liber 943, Cp. 230. TOGETHER with all the right, title, and interest, if any, of the party ,
