BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the southwesterly line
of Deep Hole Drive at the southeasterly corner of land now or
formerly of Anthony Corte, and running along said southwesterly
line of Deep Hole Drive, South 30Qllf201' East 50 feet to land now
or formerly of Probka; thence along said land now or formerly of
Probka at right angles to said southwesterly line of Deep Hole Drive,
South 59°48'40" West 240 feet, more or less, to the ordinary high
water mark of Deep Hole Creek; thence northwesterly along said
ordinary high water mark of Deep Hole Creek 60 feet, more or less,

of the first part in and to the waters and land under water at Deep
Hole Creek lying in front of and adjoining the above described premises.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the parties of
the first part in and to Deep Hold Drive adjoining said premises to
the center line thereof.
SUBJECT to zoning ordinances or restrictions enacted by any Town,
Municipal, State or Government Authorities.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the
parties of the first part herein by Oscar P. Stooks and Eleanor
Stooks, his wife by deed dated September 14, 1957, and recorded
in Liber 4361 op. 355 on September 17, 1957. -
