a monument on the southerly line of Main Road; thence running along
said westerly line of Fleet's Neck Road, S. 450 29' E. 30 feet to a
monument and land of.Frank Gagen; thence along said land of Frank
Dagen S. 440 31' W. 200 feet to a monument and other land of the party
of the first part; thence along last described land N.450 29' W. 30
feet to a monument and said land of the party of the second part;
thence along the last described land N.440 311 E. 200 feet to the
point of beginning.
