ate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, known and designated as part of lot 5, part of
lot 10 and part of a road, on "Map of Property of Clara W. Reeve",
filed in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on December 4,
1922 as Map #212, said parts of lots and part of road when taken
together being more particularly bounded and described as follows;
BEGINNING at a point on the southeasterly side of a private road
as it appears on said map distant 115 feet southwesterly from the
corner formed by the intersection of the southeasterly side of said
road and the southwesterly side of Love Lane, said point of beginning
being the point where said road is intersected by the southwesterly
side of land now or formerly of Cortelyou; running thence along said
last mentioned land now or formerly of Cortelyou south 36 degrees
301 east 60 feet; thence along the northwesterly- side of lot 4 (now
or formerly of Besch) south 53 degrees 30' west 50 feet to the
dividing line between lots 10 and 4; thence along the northeasterly
side of lot 10, south 36 degrees 30' east 63.09 feet to the north-
westerly side of Middle Road; thence along the northwesterly side of
Middle Road, along an are of curve bearing to the right, with a radi-
us of 2904.79 feet, a distance of 25 feet to land of Mattituck Park
District; thence along said last mentioned land, north 36 degrees
301 west 123.09 feet to the private road first mentioned; thence along
the southeasterly side of the said private road, north 53 degrees 30'
east 75 feet to the point or place of beginning.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as those described in
a certain deed, dated February 21, 1959, and recorded in the office of
the Clerk of Suffolk County in Liber 4591 of Deeds, at page 107, on
February 24, 1959•
