from a concrete monument set on the westerly line of Breakwater Road
(formerly Luther's Road) at the point where the southerly line of 'Lot
195 as shown on a certain map entitled "Captain Kidd Estates", filed in
Suffolk County .Clerk's Office as Map No. 1672, intersects the said west-
erly line of Breakwater Road, to wit: (1) south 19 degrees 48' west
along said westerly line of Breakwater.Road, 182,98 feet; and thence
(2) north 87 degrees 11' west, 763.18 feet; and from said point of be-
ginning so determined running south 2 degrees 491 west, 125 feet;
thence running north 87 degrees 111 west, 100 feet to land now or form-
erly-of Joseph G. and Helen Morris; thence running along said land now
or formerly of Morris north 2 degrees 491 east, 125 feet; and thence
running south 87.degrees 111 east, 100 feet to the point or place of
beginning.
TOGETHER with an easement with others for ingress and egress over a
right of way bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the westerly line of.Breakwater
Road (formerly Luther's Road) distant 182.48 feet southerly (as measured
south 19 degrees 489 west along said westerly line of Breakwater Road)
from the point where said westerly line is intersected by the southerly
line of Lot 195, as shown on a certain map entitled "Captain Kidd
Estates., filed in Suffolk County Clerk's Office as Map No. 1672 and
from saipoint of beginning running north BY degrees 111 west, 663.18
feet; thence running north 2 degrees 491 _east, 50 feet;.thence running
south 87 degrees 11' east, 879 feet more or lees to a concrete monument
Bet on said westerly line of Breakwater Road; and thence running south
19degrees 481 west along the said westerly line of Breakwater Road
52.28 feet to the point or place of beginning.
The above easement and right of way is subject to the right of the party
of the first part, their heirs.and assigns, to dilioate..thelandsin- .
eluded therein to the Town of Southold as a public highway, which right
of dedication is hereby reserved. Upon such dedication the easement
and right of way hereby granted Shell terminate. -
