feet to a monument; thence along land of Mattituck Free Library

Suffolk Avenue; thence along said line of New Suffolk Avenue South
87° 191 40" West 65.0 feet to the point of BEGINNING.

parties of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting
the above-described premises to the center lines thereof.
