north by lands of Selma Reeve, Mary Ellis Reeve and Estate of Conrad
Gratis; on the east by the Estate of John Burgess and Wickham Gilder-
sleeve; on the south by land of Selma Reeve, Elwood S. Reeve and
Herbert E. Reeve; again on the east by lands of Herbert E. Reeve and
