at Mattituck, Southold Town, Suffolk County, New York, bounded and
described as follows: On the north by New Suffolk Avenue; on the
east by land formerly of William Hudson; on the south by land formerly
of Alice Boutcher and on the west by the Main Road.
ALSO, an undivided one-half interest in all that tract or parcel
of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon, situated at
Mattituck, Southold Town, Suffolk County, New York, bounded and des-
cribed as follows: On the west bylandof Selma Reeve; on the north
by lands of Selma Reeve, Mary Ellis Reeve and Estate of Conrad Grabie;
on the east by the Estate of John Burgess and Wickham Gildersleeve;
on the south by land of Selma Reeve, Elwood S. Reeve and Herbert E
Reeve; again on the east by lands of Herbert E. Reeve and on the
south by New Suffolk Avenue.
ALSO a right of way over all roads as now used across the home
premises formerly of H. Halsey Aeeve.
ALSO the use of the garage and barn now located on the home
premises formerly of H. Halsey Reeve, for and during the term of the
natural lives of Elwood S. Reeve and Herbert E. Reeve, or the life
of the survivor of them.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the premises conveyed by Elwood.S,
Reeve and Evelyn K. Reeve, his wife, by. deed-.dated January 2nd, 1946
and recorded in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County in Liber
26$3 of deeds, page 11 on the 26th day of November, 1946, it being
the intention of the party of the first part to release all her
interest in said premises.
