Charnoff 55 Sea Avenue Quincy, MA 02169 RE: WETLAND PERMIT#3754 TRANSFER REQUEST 387 WOOD LANE, PECONIC SCTM# 1000-86-6-29 Dear Mr. Terrono & Ms. Charnoff: On December 11, 2018, a Field Inspection was performed on the above mentioned property and it was determined at that time that the existing float exceeds Chapter 275 Wetland Code of the Town of Southold. The following action was taken at the Southold Town Board of Trustees regular meeting held on Wednesday, December 12, 2018: RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees DENIES the request for a Transfer of Wetland Permit#3754 from John Dempsey to Andrew Terrono & Shelly Charnoff, as issued on June 23, 1989, and Amended on October 17, 2018. The Board of Trustees cannot transfer the permit due to the fact that the permitted float must be 6'x16'. The existing float is 6'x23.5' and exceeds the permitted size of float. An amendment to the wetland permit#3754 was needed and obtained on 10/17/2018. 1 would like to have the Certificate of Compliance transferred to my name. I have spoken to someone in your office today and they suggested that I write to you and that this will be hopefully reviewed for the December 2018 meeting. As requested a check for$50 to the Town of Southold is enclosed. A copy of the deed and amendment and certificate of compliance are also enclosed.
