The following action was taken at the Southold Town Board of Trustees regular meeting held on Wednesday, December 12, 2018: RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees DENIES the request for a Transfer of Wetland Permit#3754 from John Dempsey to Andrew Terrono & Shelly Charnoff, as issued on June 23, 1989, and Amended on October 17, 2018. The Board of Trustees cannot transfer the permit due to the fact that the permitted float must be 6'x16'. The existing float is 6'x23.5' and exceeds the permitted size of float. I have spoken to someone in your office today and they suggested that I write to you and that this will be hopefully reviewed for the December 2018 meeting.
