WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,by virtue of the power and authority given in and by said last

second part,does hereby grant and release auto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,lmith itwte,
tying and being ixAb= at Mattituck, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New
York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southwesterly corner of other land of the party
of the second part, said point of beginning being S. 060 35' 50" E.
142.0 feet southerly along the boundary line between said land of the
party of the second part and land of the North Fork Wrecking Company
from the Main Road; from said point of beginning, running along said
land of the party of the second part, two courses as follows:
(1) N. 750 04' 30" E. 40.0 feet; thence
(2) S. 060 35' 50" E. 13.0 feet; thence
through land of the party of the first part, S. 820 15' 00" W. 39.56
feet to said land of the North Fork Wrecking Company; thence along
said land, N. 060 35t 50" W. 8.0 feet to the point of beginning.
