nineteen hundred and sixty-two
BETWEEN WILLIAM HILLMANN and MARTHA HILLMANN, his wife, residing at
Bay Avenue, Mattituck, Suffolk County, New York,
party of the first part,and WILBUR E. YOUNG and DORIS E. YOUNG, his wife,
residing at #244 Trumbull Road, Manhasset, Nassau County, New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

lying and being iallR at Mattituck, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:-
BEGINNING at a monument on the southerly side of Olejulane which mon-
ument is distant 42 feet westerly from a post on the southerly side of
Olejulane which post is 1221 feet more or less westerly from the west-
erly side of Krauss Road when measured along the southerly side of
�- _ Olejulane, which point of beginning is at the northwesterly corner of
land of Paul G. Edwards; running thence south 7 degrees 30 minutes 00
,., seconds west along said land 178 feet to a monument; thence continuing

along the same course 35 feet more or less to a point 10 feet south
m of the edge of a dredged canal; thence westerly along a line 10 feet
. o, south of the edge of the dredged canal 150 feet more or less to a point
A a in a line having a bearing of south 16 degrees 31 minutes 10 seconds
west drawn from the monument at the northwesterly corner of the premises
herein being described; thence north 16 degrees 31 minutes 10 seconds
east 25 feet more or less to a concrete monument, which monument is
distant 141.44 feet westerly from the monument on the easterly side
of the premises herein being described, when measured along a line
having a bearing of north 54 degrees 57 minutes 50 seconds west; thence
continuing north 16 degrees 31 minutes 10 seconds east 150 feet to a
monument on the south side of Olejulane; thence south 61 degrees 58
minutes 50 seconds east along the southerly side of Olejulane 80 feet
to a post; thence south 66 degrees 58 minutes 50 seconds east still
along the southerly side of Olejulane 28 feet to the point or place
of beginning.
TOGETHER with a right-of-way, if any, over a certain 25 feet private
road leading from the southerly line of New Suffolk Avenue southerly to
Peconic Bay.
TOGETHER with a free and unobstructed use of the canal lying in front
of and adjacent to said premises.
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions contained in deed recorded on
February 27th,1951 in Liber 3188 of deeds, page 222.
TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if any,of the petty of the first Part in and to any snects and
roads abutting the above described picanses to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVIr.AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of
the patty of the second part forever.
