January 24, 1962 and recorded in Liber 5143, page 227; thence in an
easterly direction along the southerly side of Sound Avenue a distant

of twenty-five (25) feet; thence in a southerly direction a distance
of about one hundred fifty (150) feet to the southeasterly corner of
property conveyed to the parties of the second part on January 24,
1962; thence in a northerly direction a distance of one hundred fifty
(150) feet to the point or place of beginning. This is a ,jib shape
piece of property.
