York, on the north side of a right of way thirty feet wide
established and laid out by Leone D. Howell, and running westerly
from another Right of Way twenty-five feet established by agree-
ment between Reeve, Tilly and Hollister, recorded in the Office
of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 629 of deeds at
Page 168 on September 5, 1907, said premises being bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set at the intewaection of the
northerly line of the said thirty foot Right of Way,
running Easterly end Westerly through land of Leone D. Howell
with the Westerly line of said thirty foot Right of Way,
running northerly and southerly through said land and parallel
with and 100 feet westerly from said Right of Way described in
Liber 629 of deeds at page 168;
running thence along said northerly line of the first described
Right of Way, South 70 degrees 00 minutes West 51.81 feet to a
concrete monument;
running thence North 4 degrees 49 minutes West 113.55 feet to a
concrete monument;
running thence North 85 degrees 10 minutes East 50.0 feet to a
concrete monument set on the westerly line of said right of way
which runs northerly and southerly;
running thence along said westerly line of said right of way,
South 4 degrees 49 minutes East 100 feet to the point of
beginning,
TOGETHER WITH THE RIGHT TO PASS AND REPASS OVER THE RIGHT OF
