Surveyed Dec. 1913, by Roswell S. Baylis, C. E., Huntington, L. I.",
which map was filed in the cities of the Clark of the County of
Suffolk, New York, on or about January 3, 1914, as No. Forty-One,
Said Plot "F" being bounded Northerly by Plot "G" for a distance of
five huntlred forty-one and thirty-seven one-hundredtha feet; Easterly
by Mattituck Bey for a distance of approximately one hundred ana fifty
feet; Southerly by Plot "E" for a distance of Six hunared sixty-six
and eighty-nine one-hundredths feet; and Westerly by South Drive for
a distance of one hundred four and ninety-One one-hundredths feet.

Also a right of way and passage over Bay View Avenue, North Drive and
South Drive, as shown on said map.
Also all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part
in and to Mattituck Bay and the shores thereof in front of said
Plot "F".
