County, New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the southwesterly line of
Fleets Neck Road, which monument lies 155 feet south, as measured ' r
°along the southwesterly line of Fleets Neck Road, from the South-
easterly corner of land now or formerly of Charles E. Fox and Evelyn
R. Fox, his wife and running along said southwesterly line of Fleets
'Neck Road south 45 degrees 29' east 70 feet to a concrete monument; ',
..thence along other lands now or formerly of George H. Fleet Estate
three course$ as follows: (1) on a line at right angles to said south-
westerly line of Fleets Neck Road south 44 degrees 31' west 200 feet
to a concrete monument; thence (2) on a line parallel with said scuY,h-
westerly line of Fleets Neck Road north 45 degrees 29' west 70 feet
to a concrete monument; and (3) north 44 degrees 31' east 200 feet to
the point of beginning.
By this deed the party of the first part INTEND TO AND DO convey to
the party of the second part all their right, title and interest in
and to the above-described premises, which were conveyed to the party
of the second part and said Ann T. O'Connor, now deceased, by LeRoy',S.
Reeve, as executor and trustee under the will of George H. Fleet, de-
ceased, by deed, dated April 17, 1953, and recorded in the Office of
,the Clerk of Suffolk County in Liber 3504 of Deeds, at page 215, on
April 22, 1953.
