principal place of business at Main Road, Southold, New York,
party of the flrst part, and
John D. and Dorothy V. Morrison, residing at Mattituck, in the Town
of Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
parties of the second part,
Aworthethat the party of the fust part, in consideration of

1 10.00 1 lawful money of the United States, and other good and
valuable considerations paid by the part ies of the second part,
does hereby remise, release, and quitclaim unto the parties of the second part,
their heirs and assigns forever, all that certain lot, piece or
parcel of land situate, lying and being at Mattituck, in the Town
of Southold, County of Suffolk, New York, bounded and described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on ordinary high water mark of MAttituck Creek
as found in 1950, at the southeasterly corner of land conveyed by
WILLIAM H. MASON and HARRY E. MASON to the said JOHN D. MORRISON
and DOROTHY V. MORRISON, his wife, by deed dated January 21, 1959
and recorded January 22, 1959 in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office
in Liber 4577, page 113 and running thence
1. In the extension of the easterly line of said land, S. 28 degrees
17'f-20" E. 110', more or less, to the existing ordinary high water
mark; thence
2. Southwesterly along the existing ordinary high water mark about
125' to a point in the extension southeasterly of the southwesterly
line of said land; thence
,. 3. Along said extension of the last described line, N. 45degrees 00'
W. 100' more or less, to said ordinary high water mark as found in
1950; thence
4. Northeasterly along the last described line 160feet, more or
less, to the point of beginning.
