Fill that certain piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being in
the area known as WESTVIEW at Mattituck in the Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk and State of New York and more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the northerly line of Westview Drive 255.48
feet Westerly along said northerly line from Grand Avenue, said point of
beginning being the3southwesterly corner of land of Felix Bialeski;from
said point of beginning running along said northerly line of Westview
Drive, South 78042140ft West 100 feet to a monument and land of Fred Kelly;
thence along said land of Kelly, North 11017120^ West 150 feet to a
monument] thence along land of the parties of the first part herein,
North 78°42140^ East 100.0 feet to as iron pipe and said land of Bialeski;
thence along said land of Bialeski South llo17720^ East 150.0 feet to the
point of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the.parties of the
first part, if any, to the highway known as Westview Drive to the center
line thereof.
SUBJECT to zoning ordinances or restrictions enacted by any State, Town,
Municipal or Government Authority.
