Southerly and Westerly by land formerly of Chauncey E. Glover,,now
of Leanda R. Glover.
Containing approximately 8acres more or less.
BEING AND TNTF,NDRD to be the same premises conveyed by Katherine'
C. Peterson and Henry L. Fleet to Frank Me Bride by deed dated
February 15, 1947 and recorded February 19, 1947 in Suffolk County
Tiber 2678 of conveyance. at page 374. -
It is the intention of the party of the first part herein to convey
to the party of the second part herein, all of her right,title and
interest in land of every nature and descriptionsituated within
the following boundaries;
North by the North Road;
East by Cox's Lane;
West by Depot Lane;
South by Middle Road;
Said premises described herein are all portions of the farm of the
late Frank H. No .Bride and the grantor herein. The said Frank H.
Me Bride having died a resident of the Townof Southold, Suffolk
County, New' Yorkr on February 23, 1959.
