SCHEIRER, JR., residing at 17 Rockwood 9 J ? a Drive, Larchmont, New York, as Executor of the Inst Will and Testament of Walter G. Schelker, late. of Montclair, New Jersey, deceased, and CHARLES MILLER and ELEANOR MILLER' his wife, both residing at 369 Upper Mountain Avenue, Upper Montclair, New Jersey (the said Charles and Eleanor Miller being the persons designated in the last Will and Testament of the said Walter G. Schelker, deceased, as being entitled to receive a portion of the remainder of his estate), Parties of the First Part, and WALTER G. SCHELRER, JR., residingat 17 Rockwood Drive, Larchmont, New York, Party of the Second Part, WITNESSETH, that the Party of the First Part, said Walter G. Schelker, Jr., as Executor, by virtue of the power and authority given in said will, and the Parties -of the First Part, Charles Miller and Eleanor Miller, in consideration of Five Hundred Dollars ($500) paid by the Party of the Second Part unto the Estate of Walter G. Schelker, do hereby grant and release, and bargain and sell, unto the Party of the Second Part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the Party of the Second Part forever, ALL Those certain plots, pieces or parcels of land, situate, lying and being in the Village of Cutchogue, Town of Southold, County of Suffo3k State of New York, and all being parts of and within the lands described and included upon a certain E3EP4761 PAGE371 I "Map of Meadowland of W. G. Sche lk er and H. S. Palmer situate at Cutchogue, Suffolk County, N.Y.," surveyed January 12, 1927 by Otto W. Van Tuyi, Licensed Surveyor, and filed in the Office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County, at Riverhead, N. Y. on March 12, 1927 as Map No. 819, bounded and described as follows: PARCEL A BEGINNING at a point which bears S890 58'30"W and is distant 214.49 feet from the intersection of the northerly and easterly boundaries of said lands of Schelker and Palmer as shown on said Map No. 819 and running thence.S890 58130" W along said northerly boundary a distance of 99.67 feet to a point and thence 5680 46'20"W a further dis- tance of 27.17 feet to the easterly side of a pri- vate road known as Creek Road; thence SOO 01'30"E a distance of 182.76 feet more or less along the easterly side of said Creek Road to the northerly side of a private road known as Beachwood Road; thence 5600 26'40" E along said Beachwood Etoad a distance of 57.49 feet to a point and, still along said Beachwood Road N78o 38'00"E a further distance of 76.5 feet to a point; thence NOo 01'30"W, and along the line of lands for- merly of Howard S. Palmer 205.92 feet to the point or place of beginning. PARCEL B BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of a private road known as Beachwood Road, whexe said side intersects the easterly bank of Halls Creek (also known as Mud Creek) and running thence N540 00-E along the said southerly side of said private road a distance of 92 feet more or less, thence N78o 00'E, still along said private road a further distance of 65 feet to a point where the westerly line of lands now or formerly of Palmer intersects the said southerly side of said private road; thence 5290 001W along the westerly line of said lands now or formerly of Palmer 159 feet more or less to the easterly bank of said j Halls Creek; thence in a northerly and westerly direction along theeasterlybank of said creek, as it winds and turns, a distance of 95 feet, more or less, to the place of point of beginning. i �P LIPLA"161 en,E:J'77 PARCEL C ' BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of a private road known as Creek Road which bears SOO 01130"E and is distant 75 feet from a point which in turn bears S890 5813011W a distance of 314.16 feet and, thence S680 4602011W a further distance of 48.62 feet from the intersection of the northerly and easterly boundaries of said lands of Schelker and Palmer as shown on said Map No. 819, running thence SOO 01'30"E along the westerly side of said Creek Road a distance of 50 feet to theoprHerly line of land now or formerly of Palmer and/Holub; thence 5780 00-W along said land of Palmer and/or Holub 141 feet more or less to the easterly bank of Halls Creek; thence northerly along the easterly bank of Halls Creek, as it winds and turns, 50 feet more or less to the southerly line of lands now or formerly of E. P. Perrine and/or David M. Newell; thence N790 00-E along said last mentioned line, 145 feet more or less to the point or place of beginning; Said parcels A, B and C being, respectively, parcels II, IV and V heretofore conveyed by Howard S. Palmer and Ethel B. Palmer, his wife, to Walter G. Schelker, by deed recorded in the office of the County Clerk, Suffolk County, N.Y.
