BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of a 25 foot right of way known as
Laurel Way, where 85102 is Intersected by the northeasterly corner of land of
A. Herbert Lutz and Adrienne Lutz, his wife;
running thence South 27 degrees 43 minutes west, 357 feet, more or less, to the
Shore of Laurel Lake;
thence westerly along the shore of Laurel Lake, 12 feet, more or less, to the
easterly line of the premises conveyed by Ernest G. Woolard to Jerome B. Silliman
and wife, dated Dec. 9, 1944 and recorded April 14, 1949 in Liber 2939 op. 261;
thence along said land north 29 degrees 45 miwtes 30 seconds east, 360 feet,
more or less, to the southerly side of the 25 foot right of way, know as Laurel
Way, at the point or place of Beginning.
