TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part in and to the highway adjacent to said premises, and TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part in and to the lands under water of Long Island Sound, in front of and adjoining said premises. Being End intended to be the same premises of which Charles J. Hannabury died seized and possessed of on June 23, 1936 and by his last Will and Testament dated August 12, 1930, and probated in the Suffolk County Surrogate-Ls Court he devised and bequeathed under the FIRST paragraph thereof the above described premises to his daughters, Rose L. Hennabury and Mary J. Hannabury, and which said premises were further:devised by Rose L. Hannabury who died seized and possessed thereof on December 28, 1954 and who by her last Will and Testament dated December 3, 1954 devised and bequeathed her interest in said premises to Joseph B. Hannabury above named and which said last Will and Testament was duly admitted to probate by the Surrogate of Suffolk County.
