BEGINNING at a point on the center line of a 31 foot private
road known as "Maple Avenue” at the northeasterly corner of land
now or formerly of John Muttitt, said point being 380.77 feet
easterly along the center line of said "Maple Avenue" from its
intersection with the easterly line of Grand Avenue ar Long Creek
Bridge Road; running thence along said center line of "Maple Ave-
nue", North 750 WF' East 115.67 feet to land now or formerly of
Frances M. White; thence along said land, South 190 51' East 505
feet, mope or less, to approximate high water mark of Lorg Creek
as of 1917; thence southwesterly along said high water mark of
Long Creek, 89.67 feet to said land now or formerly of John Muttitt;
thence along said land, North 230 26' West 557 feet, more or less,
to the point of beg}nning.
TOGETHER with right of way over "Maple Avenue" from the
northwesterly corner of the premises westerly about 380 feet to
Grand Avenue,
