by the party of the second pan,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second pan,the heirs or
successev and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being mmkm in Cutohogue, in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, bounded Westerly by Pequash Avenue,
Northerly by S. Clark Tuthill, Easterly by land late of George R.
Fleet, and Southerly by land of Julia A. Burns, being eighty feet
wide in front and rear and two hundred feet deep on each aide.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the ante promisee conveyed to Edward
Koscivazko and Emily Kosciuszko, his wife, by deed from Elsie B.
Woelpper dated September 22, 1952 and recorded in Suffolk County
Clerkts Office on September 25, 1952 In Liber 3412 Page 410, it
being the intention of the grantor herein to convey and release
all his interest in said promisee to his said wife, HGily Koscluszko.
