a certain 24 foot right-of-way known as Raccoon Road where the same

Ethyl ". Becker which said point of beginning is the following
courses and distances from the paint of intersection of the easterly
line of Cox Rack Road (a public highway) and the southerly line of a
private road known as Miller's Right-of-Way: (1) South 850 301 East a
distance of 1,121.61 feet, more or less, to a concrete monument; (2)
South 180 07' 30" East a distance of 400.33 feat to the concrete
monument at the point of beginning of the within described parcel;
