Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first pert by two deeds, one from Walter J. Bartowicz dated Dec. 5, 1931, recorded Liber 1620 cp 580, and the other from Henrietta T. Tuthill, dated Nov. 12, 1943, recorded Liber 2341 cp 463.
