to a mono Ont, along lands of Reilly and Tuthill; thence running
North 17 91 West along lands of Tuthill a distance of 113.22 feet
to a monument, thence running North 710581 East along lands of
Tuthill and of another a distance of 256. feet to o monument set
ino he westerly line of Factory Avenue, thence running South
17029, East along the westerly line of Factory Avenue a distance
of 115, feet to the point or place of beginning.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the
party of the first pert by two deeds, one from Walter J. Bartowicz
dated Dec. 5, 1931, recorded Liber 1620 cp 580, and the other
from Henrietta T. Tuthill, dated Nov. 12, 1943, recorded Liber 2341
cp 463.
