I� LIBEP.5J�_l0 PACE`d1J I THIS INDENTURE,auide the 1st day of December, ,nineteen hundred and sixty, BETWEEN MARY J. LINDSAY and JOSEPH B. HANNABURY, residing at Mattituck, Suffolk County, New York, party of the first part,and JOSEPH B. HANNABURY and MARY B. HANNABURY, his wife, as tenants by the entirety, residing at Mattituck, Suffolk County, New York, party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of _____________________TEN ($10.)_____________________________.dollars, lawhd money of the tinted States, and other good and valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the parry of the second part, the heirs or mecsmrs and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that tract or parcel of land, with the buildings and Improvements thereon, situate, lying and being at Oregon, north of Cutchogue, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, and more particularly bounded and described as follows: Northerly by Oregon or North Road; Easterly by land late of Charles E. Hannabury; Southerly by land of Julius Skirel and Westerly by Cox's Lane. Con- taining by estimation twenty (20) acres, more or less. TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part in and to Cox's Lane and Oregon Road adjacent to the premises hereof. Being and intended to be the same premises of which Charles J. Hannabury died seized and possessed of on June 23, 1936 find by his last Will and Testament dated August 12, 1930, and probated in the Suffolk County Surrogate's Court he devised and bequeathed under the FIRST paragraph thereof the above described premises to his daughters, Rose L. Hannabury and Mary J. Hannabury, and which said premises were further devised by Rose L. Hannabury who died seized and possessed thereof on December 28, 19$4 and who by herdlast Will and Testament dated December 3, 19$4 devised and bequeatfier interest in said premises to Joseph B. Hannabwyr above named and which said last Will and Testament was duly admitted to probate by the Surrogate of Suffolk County.
