follows: BEGINNING at a point on the southeasterly line of the Nain Road, 305.76
feet northeasterly along said southeasterly lure from Stillwater Avenue, said point
of beginning being the northerly corner of land of Mshl; from said point of beginning
running along said southeasterly line of the Main Road, 2 courses as follows:
(1) North 51 degrees 29 minutes 10 seconds East, a distance of 89.50 feet; thence
(2) North 51 degrees 17 minutes 00 seconds Bast, a distance of 20.16 feet to a monument
and land of Edmund Orlowski; thence along said land of Orlowski, South 31 degrees 28
minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 165.0 feet to a monument and land of John
Orlowski Estate; thence along said land of Orlowski Estate, 2 courses as follows:
(1) South 51 degrees 17 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 20.16 feet; thence
(2) South 31 degrees 18 minutes 50 seconds East, a distance of 204.50 feet to a monu—
ment and other land of the party of the first part; thence along said other land of
the party of the first part, North 45 degrees 14 minutes 30 seconds West, a distance
of 20.38 feet to n monument; thence along land conveyed, or about to be conveyed, by

TOGETHER with a right of way 20 feet wide along the northeasterly boundary line
of the premises from a point 165 feet southeasterly from the Nein Road southeasterly
for 100 feet, in accordance with the provisions contained in a certain deed from Anna

follows: BEGINNING at an iron pipe at the easterly corner of land conveyed by Fleet
to the party of the second part, said pipe being North 43 degrees'40 minutes 30
seconds East, a distance of 200.0 feet along the southeasterly boundary of said land
from a point on the northeasterly line of Stillwater Avenue 332.75 feet southeasterly
along said northeasterly line from the pain Road; from said point of beginning running
along said land of the party of the second part, North 45 degrees 14 minutes 30
seconds West, a distance of 125.0 feet to an iron pipe and land of Zimmerman; thence
