THENCE along are of a curve which forms Southerly high water line
of Main Gutter and which curve is subtended by a chord which bears
North 66 degrees 40 minutes East distance of 55.54 feet;
THENCE along the Westerly and Southerly high water line of Main
Gutter the following courses and distances:

a smaller gutter;
THENCE along center line of said smaller gutter in a Southerly
and Easterly direction as it turns a distance of approximately
200 feet to a 6 inch post set at the Easterly end of a muck hole
and land now or formerly of Peter Kreh. The aforesaid courses
along the smaller gutter are subtended by a chord which bears
South 51 degrees 03 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of 102.29
feet;
THENCE along said land of Peter Kreh five courses as follows:
(1) Parallel to and 30 feet Northerly from the'course above

Together with a Right of Way 30 feet in width along said land
?,formerly of Hoffman from the Northeasterly corner of the promises
Easterly about 262 feet to a certain 25 foot Right of Way, etc.
(Reeve Avenue); thence over said 25 foot Right cfWay Northerly
to New Suffolk Avenue;
Also with a Right of Way 30 feet in width, the Southerly line of
which begins at the Northwesterly corner of land of said Allen
and runs thence three courses as follows:
(1) North 64 degrees 14 minutes 00 seconds East to land now or
formerly of Howell;
(2) North 76 degrees 35 minutes 40 seconds East to the North-
west corner of land now or formerly of Jones;
(3) North 70 degrees 00 minutes East to the Northeasterly
corner of land conveyed by the party of the first part to
Bryant S. Conklin by deed dated April 15, 1926; and
THENCE Northerly over another Right of Way twenty-five (25) feet
wide extending from the Southerly side of the first Right of Way
to New Suffolk Avenue. The last mentioned Right of Way was
established by agreement between George B. Reeve, Florence B.
Reeve and Phebe M. Hollister and recorded September 5th, 1907
in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County in Liber 629 of -
Deeds at page 168.
BEING a. part of the same premises conveyed by Mabel Hollister
Houghton to Leone D. Howell, by Deed dated November 17, 1925 and
recorded in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County, on January
11, 1926 in Liber 1164 of Deeds at page 180.
Also hereby conveying all the right, title and interest of the
