The permittee shall require that any contractor, project engineer, or other person~ responsible for the overall supervision of this project reads, understands, and complies with this permit and all its special conditions. 2. A copy of this permit, including all maps and drawings mentioned in special conditions, is to be available, for inspection by dEC at all times of active work at the project site. Failure to produce a copy of the permit upon request by a DEC representative is a violation of this permit and is sufficient ground for an order to immediately cease all work on the project. 3. Markers delineating the boundary of the wetland shall be left in p.lace and shall remain undisturbed for 1. year following completion of the project. 4. Hay bales shall be staked end to enid on the downslope edge of any areas of filling, 'grading or excavation. They shall be maintained in place until all disturbed areas are permanently vegetate.d. Trapepd sediments shall be removed to a suitable upland site before the bales themselves are removed. 5. All areas of soil disturbance resulting from this. project shall be seeded with an appropTiate perennial grass and mulched with hay or straw within two days of f%nal grading. Mulch shall be maintained until a suitable vegetative cover is established. 6.
