as lots number 38 and 39 on a certain map entitled 11 Map of Tollewood,
Mattituck, L.I., N.Y., property of Albert Tolle Realty Corporation and
Herbert L. Cackling" and filed in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk
County on January 25, 1927 as Map No. 175, bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Meday Avenue where the
same is intersected by the division line of lots numbers 39 and 40 on said
map and said point of beginning is also distant 107.24 feet easterly from
the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly side of Meday Avenue
with the easterly side of Illinois Avenue; running thence along the
southerly side of Meday Avenue North 75°221 East 107.24 feet to the
division line between lots numbers 37 and 38 on said map; running thence
along said division line South 66231 West 238 feet;running thence South
73623150" West 108.73 feet to the division line between lots numbers 39
and 40 on said map; running thence along said division line North Go231
East 242 feet to the southerly side of Meday Avenue at the point or, glace
of beginning.
Together with all the right, title and interest of the said parties
of the first part over the roads shown on said map to be used for the
Purpose of ingress and egress from the above described premises to and
from the highway known as Westphalia Road. Also all the right, title and
