northerly along said land of Frank Elak 270.6 feet to the southerly
side of the Main South Road; thence easterly along the said _
southerly side of the Main South Road, 164.95 feet to a concrete
monument and the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with all of the right, title and interest of the
parties of the first part, of, in and to that portion of the Tlain
South Road to the center line thereof, which adjoins said premises.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises of which Charles P.
IIS Hawkins, deceased, died seized and possessed on the 11th day of
January, 1958, and the same premises which the said Charles P.
Hawkins, deceased, had contracted to convey to the parties of the
