All that certain piece or parcel of land, situate lying and being at
Mattituck, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, more particularly
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a concretemonument set on the northerly line of Kraus Road
at the point of intersection of said line with the boundary line between
land of the parties of the first part and land of Albert Zanowski, being
the southwesterly corner of the premises herein described; running
thence along said land of Albert Zanowski, N. 2° 35' 10" E. 154.97 feet
to a concrete monument and land of John Schiller; thence along said land
of John Schiller, S. 800 37' 20" E. 231.0 feet to a concrete monument
and other land of the parties of the first part; thence along said othe

a concrete monument set on said northerly line of Kraus Road; thence

to the point of beginning.

Suffolk Avenue and Peconic Bay over a roadway known as Reeve Avenue.

first part in and to so much of Kraus Road as abuts the said premises,
to the center line thereof.
