and running thence northerly along said land of B. F. Garvey Estate
125 feet; thence along other land of the party of the first part,
two courses, as follows: (1) easterly parallel to said line of
Oregon Road 156 feet; thence (2) southerly parallel to the westerly
line 125 feet to the northerly line of Oregon Road; thence westerly
along said line of Oregon Road 156 feet to the point of beginning.
Being and intended to be a portion of the premises conveyed
to the party of the first part and Stella Domaleski, his wife, by
j deed dated February 12, 1932 and recorded in the Suffolk County
V Clerk's office on February 15, 1932 in Liber 1633 of Deeds at
Page 599.
