BEGINNING at a point in the southeasterly line of Northwest Loop where
same is intersected by the dividing line between Lets 14 and 15 as sham
on said Ma , said point being approximately 220 feet southwesterly,
measured alng the southeasterly line of Northwest Loop, from the south•
westerly end of the arc connecting the southeasterly line of Northwest
Loop with the southwesterly line of
