along land of Tufano-Grilli South 6005140" West 180 feet more or

to a bulkhead at ordinary high water line of Peconio Bay;

southeasterly corner of 'said land of the party of the second part;

TOGETHER with all the land lying between the east and west
boundary .lines extended from the bulkhead line to the high water
mark of Peconic Bay,
BEING a part of the Same premises conveyed by Mabel Hollister
Houghton to Leone D. Howell, oneof the parties of the first part
herein, by Deed dated November 17, 1925 and recorded in the office
