successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plat,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lyingandbeingAnUltex at Mattituck, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:-
BEGINNING at a pipe set on the northerly side of Westview Drive
distant 399.116 feet southerly and then westerly along said Westview
Drive from Brower Road, said point of beginning being the southwest-
erly corner of land of Bascomb; from said point of beginning running
along said northerly side of Westview Drive, South 570 321 50" West
106.41 feet to an iron pipe and land of Fogarty; running thence
along said land of Fogarty, North 110 171 20" West 144.67 feet to a
monument; running thence along land now or formerly of Albrecht,
North 630 051 40" East 83.06 feet to an iron pipe and said land of
Bascomb; running thence along said land of Bascomb, South 190 471
50" East 130.04 feet to the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the parties
of the first part of, in and to that portion of Wntview Drive adjacent
to said premises to the center line thereof.
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions of record affecting said
premises.

' The conveyance hereunder is subject to a certain mortgage
executed by Noel R. Albrecht and Dorothy J. Albrecht as mortgagor
to Southold Savings Bank as mortgagee, which mortgage is dated
August 5, 1960 and was recorded on August 10, 1960 in the Office
of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, in Liber 3471 of mortgages,
at page 13, and on which mortgage there is now due the sum of
$9,300.00 with interest thereon at the rate of six (6%) per centum
per annum from the date hereof, and the grantees hereby assumes
and covenants to pay such mortgage debt and interest as part of
the consideration for this conveyance.
