BETWEEN LOUISE S. JERSEY, residing at No. 89 Hieks Street, .Brooklyn,
New York,
` party of the first part,and LOUIS CATAN and ROSE CATAN, his wife, residing
at No. 325 Brompton Road, Garden City, Long Island, New York,

WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land, situate
lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York,
known and designated as Lots 7 and 8 on a certain Map entitled "Revised
Subdivision, Property of Alonzo Jersey, being Plot 282, Nassau Point
Club Properties, Inc, at Peconic, N.Y." made and completed April 21,
1930 by Otto W. Van Tuyl, Professional Engineer and Land Surveyor, fil
in the Office of the County Clerk, Suffolk County, New York, April 28,
1930, file number 763, and which map superseded Subdivision made May 9,
1923 and filed In said County Clerk's Office in File No. 640 and being
more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point forming the southwesterly end of an arc connecting'
the southwesterly line of Haywaters Road with the northwesterly line of
Old Cove Road; running thence southwesterly along the northwesterly
line of Old Cove Road 153 feet to a point in the northwesterly line of
Old Cove Road where same is intersected by the dividing line between
Lots 6 and 7, as shown on said map; thence northwesterly along said
dividing line between said lots 6 and 7, 237 feet more or less to a
point in the southeasterly line of Lot 9 as shown on said map; thence
northeasterly along said southeasterly line of Lot 9 being also along
the northwesterly lines of said Lots 7 and 8, 212 feet more or less to _
the southwesterly line of Haywaters Road; thence southeasterly along
the southwesterly line of Haywaters Road, 191.78 feet to the north-
westerly end of the aforesaid are; thence southeasterly and south-
westerly along said arc to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING a part of the same premises conveyed to the party of the first
part by Georgia M. Jersey by deed dated May 7, 1945, and recorded in
the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk June 4, 1945, in Liber
2451 of Deeds, Page 284. -
TOGETHER with all rights and privileges, if any, of the party of the
first part to use the 10 foot roadway extending westerly from Northwest
Loop to the bay, as shown on said map, as a right of way to the beach.
