said land of F. W. Williams; running theme along said land of
F. W. Williams, North 84 degrees 54 minutes 20 seconds West 199.0
feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.

of the first part of, in and to land below high water mark and under
the waters of Baldwin's Crook adjacent to said premises.
