Terry, Town Hall Southold, New York Town Clerk Dear Mrs. Terry: The following action was taken by the Board of Southold Town Trustees at a regular meeting held De~ember 2, 1981: RESOLVED to recommeng to the Southold Town Board approval of the wetland application, ~75, of Charles DeLuca to construct a 25' catwalk, 10' ramp and two (2) 20' floating docks in Richmond Creek, Peconic, with the provision.the catwalk is three (3) feet wide and the dock is four (4) feet wide and three (3) feet above high water. I., N.Y. 11971 TELEPHONE (516) 765-1801 November 6, 1981 Mrs. Anna Hataier, President Board of SouthoId Town Trustees Southold, New York 11971 Dear.Mrs. Hataier: The Southold Town Board, at a special meeting held on November 5, 1981, discussed the request of the Board of Southold Town Trustees to become lead agency in the matter of the application of Enconsul~ants, Inc. for Wunneweta Lagoon Association. The Board was advised by Town Attorney Tasker that the Trustees maM not declare themselves lead agency with regard ~o a Wetland Application before the Town Board. This does not preclude the Trustees from declaring themselves lead agency in the matter of a permit by Wunneweta Lagoon Association that is presently before the Trustees. The Town Board held a public hearing on the matter of the application for a wetland permit by Wunneweta Lagoon Association on November 5th at 3:30 P.M. This public hearing was recessed until 3:30 P.M., November 24th, to give the Trustees ample time ~o present the Town Board wSth their fihdings and recommendations. The Board also recessed the public hearing on the wetland application of Charles DeLuca to 3:35 P.M., November 24th, and Costelto Marine Contracting Corp. on behalf of Fred Cowan ~o 3:40 P.M. on November 24th to again give the Trustees ample time to present the Town Board with their findings and recommendations. This application is to be completely filled in by typewriter or ink and submitted to the Town Clerk m quadruplicate, accompanied by writter permission from the owner of the property if not the same os the applicant. B. Pilot Plan must be drawn to scale on the reverse side of this application showing the location of property, the names and locations of owners of adjoining properties, and a detailed description of proposed project. (Note: Copies of the Pilot Plan may be made by a copy machine and attached to the Permit ^pplication.9 C. No operation shall be initiated by the applicant until all permits that are required are issued. D. ^ detailed statement of the rehabilitation and proposed condition of the premises after the work ~s completed must be given, including a survey if required. E. If permit is being sought for a more sizeabie excavation than.the construction of a private smgte dock or jetty, then this application must be accompanied by a survey and topographical map certified by a registered land survey or Professional Engineer. 'Phe horizontal control of survey shall be based upon an approval local coordinate system. The vertical control for elevation and sound- ings shall be based upon United States Coast and Geodetic Survey and/or United States Seologicol Survey datum. F. A statement must occompany the application describing any known prior operations conducted on the premises in question and whether any prior licenses or permits hove been issued to erect struc~'ures or to dredge or deposit fill on said premises and w~qether any such permits or licenses were ever revoked or suspended by o govemmento[ agency. G. A filing fee of $25.00 shall accompany the application. This filing fee includes one inspection, there is a $5.00 fee for each additional inspection. H.
