The following action was taken by the Southold Town Board of Trustees at their Regular
Meeting held on Wednesday, June 14, 2023:
RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVE the request for a
Transfer of Wetland Permit #2037 from George M. DeLisle to Paul R. Varriale, as
issued on August 28, 1985; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVE
the Administrative Amendment to Wetland Permit#2037 for the as-built 40"x40"
platform and 3'6"x18'3" catwalk, leading to an existing 2'x4"x14' aluminum ramp and
6'x12' floating dock; and as indicated on the site plan prepared by Costello Marine
Contracting Corp., dated May 3, 2023, and stamped approved on June 14, 2023.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.
